-Maria, why on earth choose The Beat, when there are so many other wonderful cheerful names?
The reason is simple, because I find a beat in my poems.

The beat like the music beat, like the piano beat, like every sound has a beat, like our heart beat, like our life beat, I see my poems having a beat like any other alive thing.
The Beat, that keeps you alive.
